Description of Service

S.T.A.R.S. (Streaming Track & Asset Rotation System) is a catalog promotion and rotation management application for artists, managers, and labels. Users are responsible for maintaining authorized access to their accounts.

Recommendations and notification features are provided as operational tools and may change over time.

SMS Notification Terms

Program name: S.T.A.R.S. Notifications

• SMS notifications are optional and sent only after explicit opt-in.
• Messages may contain daily music rotation recommendations, including selected Apple Music and Spotify tracks, and a link to S.T.A.R.S.
• Message frequency depends on the user's notification preferences and may be recurring.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive S.T.A.R.S. SMS notifications unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse S.T.A.R.S., interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users or to S.T.A.R.S. itself.

Availability

S.T.A.R.S. is provided on an as-available basis. Features, recommendations, and notification delivery may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.

Changes to the Service

S.T.A.R.S. may add, modify, or remove features, including recommendation logic and notification channels, at any time to improve or maintain the service.
